1. Purchase Requisition

In this demo, Krista will process a folder with Purchase Requisition (PR) forms, using Krista’s Document Understanding capabilities to extract all header- and line level data. Krista will inform a user of the extracted form data for sign-off before continuing.

(This also shows Krista’s ability to own the process end-to-end, looping people, systems, AI and data to achieve the desired outcome.)

Krista will then perform basic verification like “did we extract all the critical fields” for rule validation? Once verified, Krista will then start the business rule verification process.

2. Document Scanning

Krista will scan all SOP’s, FAQ’s, KB Articles for possible business rules. This shows how Krista can dynamically scan and update business logic without tedious maintenance and up-keep! If existing rules exist an author can decide to use the existing rules or scan for new ones, dynamically updating the verification rules on-the-fly.

Krista will then perform the actual verification against the business rules. She will provide an opportunity for input (overrides) before moving on to the next step.

Next, she will verify the outcome against a control file (should the PR have failed / passed). If it failed, she would send an email to the requisitioner to re-create the PR and try again.

Finally, Krista will use its Document Understanding capabilities to find the list of vendors for an RFQ. All the information will be published to SFDC and email sent out to the user and vendor for the same.

3. AI Driven Document Validation

This demo articulates Kristas ability to understand documents, the meaning of content and how this can be leveraged.  The goal of the user is to validate that an existing SOP document is still in line with new definitions that have been created.

The new definitions are contained in Quality Assurance Checklist. The user initially launches a conversation in Krista and uploads the SOP they would like to validate.  Next the user Indicates they are looking to validate general definition. Next Krista Prompts the user to provide a baseline against which to validate the SOP to which the user provides the QA Checklist.

Krista than processes the document and find instances in the document where definitions are used that are not in-line with the checklist.

Krista Inform the users as she finds definitions or statements that are out of compliance with the QA Checklist.

Finally, Krista emails the user a version of the document that is provided with marking and comments indicating where the content of the document is not in-line with the provide QA Checklist.
